Vegetable Lo Mein

Ingredients:

Vegetable oil

Carrots, cut into matchsticks

Snow pea pods

Green onions, chopped

Red pepper flakes

Garlic, minced

Spaghetti, cooked

Low-sodium soy sauce

Teriyaki sauce

Pepper

Method:

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over high. Add carrots, snow pea pods, green onions, red pepper flakes and garlic. Cook, stirring often, until vegetables are crisp yet tender, about 5 minutes. Add spaghetti to skillet. Toss with veggies. Add soy sauce and teriyaki sauce; stir to coat. Season with pepper. Reduce heat to medium and cook about 5 minutes.
