All recipes will be made available on tablet and a mobile application which is already available. We advise you to log in through your personal devices to access all recipes at all times.

Initially, the cookbook is plain text, without pictures nor video instructions. This is to facilitate flow of the platform on all vessels. Pictures and links to our own video platform will be added to the tablet and mobile version in due time. We count on you to make the recipes and send in your own pictures, this in order to make this platform truly your own.

This cookbook is for you but also from you. A basic database has been integrated, we seek to expand it gradually and make it perfect through your collaboration and input. For this we have our Incentive program in play. To contribute to this cookbook, find the Recipe Example  and Recipe Template in our Documents page.

On a continuous base we update and upgrade the cookbook. Your feedback is essential for this operation. You think a recipe isn’t correct? You were looking to serve 10 but ended up with only 6 portions? Send us your remarks and we will adapt our content accordingly.

Some recipes were written in metric, some in imperial, some in a combination of. Not all recipes have been developed by us personally. We advise you to use the Ingredient Converter for your convenience included in your menuplanner document.

Metric vs Imperial: while for cooking imperial measures in general do the trick, for desserts and pastry, the use of metric measurements is advised, as the outcome of a recipe often depends on accuracy.

Not all ingredients you will find in this cookbook may be available on your vessel. We encourage you to be inventive and replace missing products through your own knowledge and inspiration. Your adapted recipes are very welcome too, so we can integrate them on this platform.
