The MSCC Phase One is the biggest leap forward we need to make in one company. Standardisation of all galleys towards processes and equipment plays a vital part in upgrading the performance of your galley teams. By setting a higher standard ourselves and by providing the galleys with all the necessary items required to meet our standards, we can motivate our  chief cooks towards a better performance.


MSCC Phase One has three main goals:

Compliance with Food Safety and HACCP rules in the galley.

Uniformize all galley’s equipment according to vessel class.

Organization of the chief cook’s administration.
