Equipment Maintenance

Within a project where we aim to uniformize, standardize and invest in good quality galley equipment, it is also essential that all items are maintained appropriately and kept in the best condition possible. Our ultimate goal is durability and sustainability, which can only be achieved through proper and correct handling of the equipment.  Even good equipment has a limited lifespan, but when maintained well, it will last longer and will have more chances of being replaced with quality equipment again at the end of its lifespan.

Below you find the Equipment Maintenance Chart. We recommend you print and laminate this chart and find an appropriate place in the  galley to hang it and live by it.
