MSCC Phase Two

Menu composition

Within the MSCC Phase Two we don't seek to differ from weekly menu propositions. There are plenty of ways to integrate your 3-day menu within the  weekly menu proposition:

You may opt to integrate a 3-day menu on occasion, when extra time is required for extensive tasks such as inventory or reception of stores, meanwhile applying certain principles from the MSCC Phase Two, such as reduction of singular actions.

You may opt to integrate a 3-day menu on a weekly basis, for example for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, in order to organize your extra tasks on Wednesday explicitely. This allows you plenty of room to create an array of 3-day menus that work for you and for your crew.

Gradually you could create a menu cycle of seven independent 3-day menus which you can develop yourself and make them perfect. This way, you can create a balanced 3-week menu cycle for which you can easily calculate how much you need of each product to serve your crew. This will not only make for ease of operations, it will make requisitioning easy too, while still leaving plenty of play for expanding your cycle to a 6-week, 9-week or 12-week cycle. (recommended)

Within your own 3-day menus, including traditions such as Sunday pizza and steak is made easy, as these are already low-stress menus and prepwork can be easily drafted to Friday and Saturday,
