How to tenderize lesser quality meat, method 1

Method:

The quality of the meat on the vessels can vary from country to country and from supplier to supplier. There are a few methods to tenderize meat.


Method one is quite easy:


1. Portion the meat and put the portions in a deep tray. Try to make sure there is little space in between the cuts.

2. Now, poor sparkling water over the meat until the cuts are fully submerged. 

3. Allow the meat to sit in the water for one hour

4. Dry the meat, season and bake them to the desired method.
