Ingredients:

Small potatoes

Provençal herbs

Paprika

Ground black pepper

rosemary

Corse salt

Olive oil

Method:

1. Pre-heat your oven to 190°C.

2. Clean the potatoes thoroughly, don’t remove the skin.

3. Cut the potatoes in half and then in 4 quarters

4. Put the potatoes in a trey and add all spices, the salt and the drizzle the olive oil over them.

5. Bake the potatoes for approx. 35 minutes in the oven.
