Ingredients:

Potatoes

Salt to taste

1200 g

Method:

1. Peel your potatoes and rinse them 

2. Use your slicer or mandoline to slice the potatoes and cut them afterwards into match sticks, thickness about 1,5 mm

3. Bake them until golden brown in the deep fryer at 180°C

4. Instantly remove them from the deep fryer and salt them. Transfer the potatoes to a tray covered with kitchen paper.

5. Serve warm for warm dishes, serve lukewarm for salads
