Mustard mint sauce

goes with lamb meat

Ingredients:

Brown lamb stock

Fresh mint 

Or

Mint tea, cut open

Old mustard (with seeds)

Brown roux (optional)

Pepper & salt to taste


2 Liter

1 cup


1 bag

1 tbsp



Method:

1. Reduce the lamb stock to half the mass on medium heat

2. Add the fresh mint or mint tea and the mustard

3. Thicken with brown roux if necessary

4. Add pepper and salt to taste.
