Recipe:

Honey and thyme sauce

goes with Pork roast, pork chops

Ingredients:

Brown beef stock

Fresh thyme (or dried)

Honey

Cider vinegar

Brown roux (optional)

Pepper & salt to taste


2 Liter

1 tbsp

1 tbsp

1 bag

1 tbsp


Method:

1. Bring honey to boiling point and add the thyme and cider vinegar.

2. Add the brown stock and allow to reduce to half.

3. Add brown roux to thicken the sauce if necessary

4. Season with pepper and salt
