Stroganoff sauce

Delicious with steak but goes equally well with pork and chicken

Ingredients:

Mushrooms

Bell pepper red

Shallots

Garlic

Brown beef stock

Cream

Tomato peeled (can)

Thyme

Paprika

Chili garlic sauce

Curry powder

Vodka (optional)

Method:

1. Cut the shallots and bell peppers in julienne, slice the mushrooms and mince the garlic.

2. On medium high heat, bake the shallots, bell peppers and mushrooms. Season them with pepper, salt, thyme, paprika and curry powder.

3. Add the peeled tomatoes and allow to simmer briefly.

4. Now add stock, cream, chili garlic and Vodka

5. Allow to simmer until it has the right consistency

6. Taste and adjust seasoning
