Recipe:

Crunchy onions

Ingredients:

Onions

Garlic

Salt

Flour

Cooking oil

Method:

1. Cut the onions in half and slice finely in julienne

2. Slice the garlic and set aside

3. Now, add the oil and garlic to a cooking pot and heat up on the range, on high heat.

4. Flour the onions and set them aside on a tray

5. When the garlic starts to color, add the onions to the oil. Stir on a regular basis

6. After 3 minutes, remove the cooking pot from the heat and allow to bake more until the onions are evenly browned.

7. Remove the onions from the cooking pot and dry them with kitchen paper

8. Spread the onions on an oven tray and allow to dry at 60°C in the oven for about 20 minutes.

9. Allow to cool down and then store in a closed container
