Ingredients:

Salmon


Rub:


Salt

Cumin seeds, crushed

Garam masala

Mustard oil

Carom seeds, crushed

Chili powder

Fresh ginger, grated

Garlic, finely chopped


Garnish:


Chilies, finely chopped

Fresh coriander, finely chopped

Lemon

Method:

1. Heat oven to 180°C.


Oil Rub


1. Mix all the ingredients for the oil rub in a bowl.

2. Add fish to the bowl and rub the oil all over the fish. Leave to marinade for at least 10-15 minutes.

3. Place fish on a foil lined oven tray and place in the oven for 10 minutes.
