Recipe:

Pasta salad “Niçoise“

Ingredients:

Green beans

Penne

Eggs

Red bell pepper

Spring onions

Tomatoes

Anchovy

Black olives

Tuna (can)

Balsamic vinegar

Olive oil

Pepper and salt to taste

Method:

1. Boil the pasta according to instructions in salted water. Allow to cool down

2. Boil the eggs for no longer than 8 minutes

3. Clean and peel the bell peppers and cut in julienne. Finely cut the spring onions. 

4. Dice your tomatoes and add to the bell peppers and spring onions.

5. Add the pasta to the vegetable mix and combine.

6. Add the olives and anchovy and combine again.

7. Rinse the tuna and break apart in the pastasalad

8. Season all with pepper and salt. Now add olive oil and balsamic vinegar to taste.

9. Check seasoning one more time and serve
