Mayonnaise

Method:

1. Pull the surimi sticks apart and then cut them in three equal parts each

2. Season with pepper and salt and add the onions

3. Now, combine with the mayonnaise with a spatula.

4. You can opt to add two boiled and double sliced eggs for volume.
