Breakfast - Cold cuts

Ingredients:

Extra fine minced meat

(can be mix beef and pork)

Shallot, finely chopped

Capers, finely chopped

Mayonnaise

Mustard

Curcuma

Ketchup

Worcestershire sauce

tabasco

Pepper and salt to taste

Method:

1. Make sure your minced meat is super fine. If necessary, process it with a mixer.

2. Put shallots and capers in a blender, add the Worcestershire sauce and tabasco and blend together. 

3. Remove from the blender and mix together with ketchup, curcuma, mayonnaise and mustard

4. Add salt and pepper to the meat first, then add the sauce. Combine with a spatula until one homogenous mass is produced. 

5. Keep cold until serving. Lasts only two to three days maximum.

6. Serve with some additional chopped onions on top.
