White beef stock

Carrots, chopped

Onions, chopped

Garlic, ball in half

thyme

rosemary

Chicken stock cubes

Beef stock cubes

Water

Parsley, stems

Method:

1. Rinse the bones to relieve all inpurities

2. Bring to a boil from cold water. Skim the liquid on a regular basis.

3. Add all other ingredients and let it simmer for 6 to 8 hours

4. Filter and let it cool down.
