Fish stock

Fish bones and heads

Celery, chopped

Onions, chopped

Garlic, ball in half

thyme

rosemary

Chicken stock cubes

Water

White wine

Parsley, stems

Salt

Method:

1. Rinse the fish bones to relieve all inpurities

2. Bring to a boiling point from cold water. Skim the liquid on a regular basis.

3. Add all other ingredients and let it simmer for 30 to 45 minutes

4. Filter and let it cool down.
