Apple and brie salad

Method:
1. Cut the salad, add pepper and salt and finely sliced (1mm max) onions. Set aside
2. Allow the brie dices to gently but not entirely melt in the oven.
3. Meanwhile, bake the apple dices in some butter. Add sugar and cinnamon and allow to caramelize gently.
4. Cut the bread for the croutons in dices and bake separately in some cooking oil.
5. Put apples, crouton and cheese in a bowl and loosely mix.
6. Add the dressing to the salad, serve the salad on a plate and top off with the apple, brie and bacon mixture.,,
