Buckwheat groats
Water
Salt
Vegetable oil
Butter

To taste
Method:
1. Wash buckwheat groats several times or under running water.
2. Transfer them to an adequate-sized pot and cover with water.
3. Add salt and vegetable oil. Cover and cook over medium heat until the water evaporates.
4. If you wish, add butter into the cooked kasha and let it melt. Serve hot.
