Breakfast - Cold cuts

Recipe:

Chicken curry spread

Ingredients:

Leftover chicken meat
(boiled or baked)
Spring onions, finely chopped
Mayonnaise
Curry madras
Pepper and salt to taste

1 tbsp
50 g
2 tsp

Method:

1. Peel the leftover chicken meat from the bone and chop it.

2. Add the curry, pepper and salt

3. Mix with the mayonnaise and then add the chopped spring onions
