Apple and brie toast

Method:
1. Allow the brie dices to gently but not entirely melt in the oven.
2. Meanwhile, bake the apple dices in some butter. Add sugar and cinnamon and allow to caramelize gently
3. Put apples and cheese in a bowl and loosely mix.
4. Serve warm on a toast.
5. Add the baked bacon as a bonus.
