Ansjovy antipasto

Ingredients:

Anchovy fillets, chopped

Tuna, drained and mashed

Green peas

Lemon juice

Tomato, fresh,  diced

Salami, sliced and chopped

Method:

1. In small bowl combine anchovy, oil and lemon juice. Let stand. 

2. Pour anchovy mixture into larger bowl and add all other ingredients. Mix well.

3. Serve on small toasts.
